Visas - Getting One In Less Than 30 Days

What a unique time in history. Hundreds of millions of people want to come to America and thousands of them come, both legally and illegally!
I am a business consultant, free-lance writer, real estate broker and college teacher of business. I want people to follow the law. I seek unique solutions for things. It is a fact that daily, on the US-Mexican border, what was once a flood is now a trickle of people who ignore the laws and they “Jump the fence” and arrive in the US. Often to be turned away and creating a criminal record in the process.
The reason most of these Mexicans chance this crossing METHOD is that obtaining a GREEN CARD can take years. These illegals don’t seem to realize there is a different, better, faster way to cross into the US legally. This article is designed to teach both Mexicans and Europeans, Asians and all the rest of those who wish to live in the US [but who don’t want to wait years for the GREEN CARD which is the objective for many aliens planning on staying] how to do so legally.
The idea is first, as inexpensively as one can, get to the US. The second is, learn the laws and English, with English being the most important. ONE needs not be fluent but at least be able to read some English and speak enough to ask “Where is …” and “I need a policeman” or “How do I reach this city?” Illegal Mexicans frustrate legal Mexicans, Anglos and others if for no other reason than they speak no English. I hate walking down my neighborhood sidewalk and ask a fun question “Was Bush nuts on TV yesterday or what?” and get polite smiles and no response cause the neighbor speaks no English.
Once a person has picked up rudimentary English, and has a legal way to cross into the US, one is home free. Here is why:
Although there are MANY laws regulating IMMIGRATION, there are fewer laws regulating VISITING America.
When one speaks sufficient English to respond to immigration officers at any air, sea, or vehicle entry port, and one only wishes to visit, one has few restrictions. American officials THINK completely differently about vacationers compared to immigrants. Therefore, to enter America with ease, for people living anywhere in the world who want to live in America, come with the IDEA first, to visit. Emotionally, forget about anything but just visiting. Forget about job interviews, the best places to live [whether it is better to live on the east or west coast, the mountains, desert, city or suburb]. Come to visit us. If, after you have traveled a few days, weeks or months, you find that we are NOT too crazy, not too liberal, not too mental or anal [choose your adjective], and you want to settle down, you are 95% there!
YOU already speak some English. YOU are not avoiding the law. YOU are here legally!
Chat with different employers if you seek work. Or chat with business brokers like me if you want to buy a business. Or find a place to start a business
What to do next??? Rent a house. Or apartment. Obtaining a job is stickier because employers need to find out if you are legally permitted to work in the US. YOU need to provide a social security card to obtain a job.
HOW to avoid the job problem: open a small company of your own or buy one. There will be no one to ask for your ID. YOU can open anywhere that your type of business is” zoned” for. IT is that simple.
AFTER you have run your shop for six months to one year, [profitably I hope], you can then seek permanent status! With your own firm and no criminal record, it is almost automatic that you are accepted.
IF you want to come to America with 5 friends or 55 friends, or 555 friends, so be it! The same suggestions apply! For those of you who have not been to the USA, we have thousands of people entering our country DAILY, JUST to visit. IF you volunteer only that you are here to visit, you will be greeted “warmly” and not hassled. America loves tourist dollars. America almost hates immigrants. One comes for one reason and the other for a different reason. OUR immigration office wants to hear you say “Visitor.”
Dance with us. Date us. Visit us. Get to know us. THEN decide if you wanna marry us. I make a great “Pastor.”
